Mercury Marine sought to expand their existing plant complex at their world headquarters in Fond Du Lac. Building upon an earlier design, we focused on enabling their growth, both present and future. This new addition will accommodate additional cubicles, executive offices, flexible breakout spaces, a model shop, and their advanced visualization space, among other features. We also anticipated future growth by designing this addition to be expandable, mirroring the design of the previous extension. This unified design provides Mercury with peace of mind regarding their current and future needs. As this addition, and potential future expansions, serve as a primary visual landmark from the adjacent highway, we aimed to create a design that is both striking and memorable.
